You’ll find Back Pain Clinic in Belleville near Altoff Catholic High School at the corner of Frank Scott Parkway and West Main Street. We’re located in a large brown building with a distinctive blue and white sign, approximately one block from Kentucky Fried Chicken (if you reach KFC, you’ve gone just a bit too far). Our rehabilitated house creates a welcoming, open environment for your care.

We understand that pain doesn’t wait, which is why we offer same-day appointments whenever possible. Dr. Fast believes in starting treatment on your first visit rather than making you wait for relief. Please call our office for our current hours and to schedule your appointment.
